The Tarot Workshop in Maidstone:
A step up from Tarot and Tea, the Tarot Workshop will be centred on learning to understand the Tarot, and will focus on a different aspect of the Tarot each month.

You will be given a brief reading, wherein you will be assisted to come to your own conclusions within the framework of the symbology of the Tarot.
Additionally, you will be encouraged to provide readings to someone else in the group. This is the best way to learn to read the Tarot is to offer readings yourself.
There simply isn’t a more worthwhile way to advance your understanding of the deeper meaning of the Tarot than to get on The Path and do The Work.
There will then be a short break for light refreshments, and chat.
Following the break, there will be a discussion period for questions and answers as well as a short but detailed talk on an aspect of the Tarot (subject to change each meeting), complete with a handout on the current lesson.
Inclusive at the Tarot Workshop:
- A talk on an aspect of the Tarot, such as one of the suits, the Majors, spreads, timelines, or another of the many aspects of the tarot.
- All will perform a basic reading – you may use my cards, but please bring your own if you can.
- Discussion on key aspects from each reading to help you to gain insight, especially how your reading relates to you and your situation.
- A small buffet of refreshments including sandwiches, cakes, biscuits, tea & coffee.
What you will need when attending the Tarot Workshop:
- Tarot cards (Rider-Waite or variant thereof preferred – you can borrow one of mine, or bring or buy your own.
- A notepad and pen or pencil
- A camera to take photos of your spreads for later evaluation and reflection. (optional)
When: The 2nd Tuesday of each month, 7:30pm to 9:30pm. Additional evenings to be considered, depending on availability.
